Phenolic Characterization and Neuroprotective Properties of Grape Pomace Extracts

Abstract: Vitis vinifera (grape) contains various compounds with acknowledged phytochemical and pharmacological properties. Among the different parts of the plant, pomace is of particular interest as a winemaking industry by-product.
