This article examines Bourdieu’s adoption of Husserl’s concept of ‘doxa’ and argues that Bourdieu’s reading of Husserl overpolarizes doxa (or sens pratique) and reflexivity. The article argues that there is a need for Bourdieusian sociology to adopt a more complex interpretation of Husserlian phenomenology in order to understand the potential range of states of consciousness between doxa and reflexivity. In contrast to Bourdieu’s reading of Husserl, this article argues that the philosophical underlabouring for an adequate understanding of doxa is now available within recent Husserlian studies which marks a radical development from earlier readings in the ‘sociology of consciousness’.

This study is mainly concerned with researching the perception and the actual conditions of the body education in the kindergarten. For the purpose of this study, the research was carried out using 150 early childhood teachers located in Pusan. Data were collected from survey and interview with early childhood teachers June 2014 to March 2015. Interview proceeded total 5 sessions by study participant and that was required about 1 hours. Questionnaire extracts basis category that analyzes literatures and researches related to body systematically and arranged question category and contents according to investigator's study objective. The results of the study were, first, There is need for deterritorialization and reterritorialization in perception of the teachers of the children's body. second, we need learning and teaching based on children body in teaching and learning activities. It begins with perception change of teacher. And these activity in the classroom are required accordingly. Third, the method for reducing the gap between teacher's perception of body and teaching activities have to be provided. Keywords：몸(body), 몸 교육(body education), 유아교사(early childhood teacher).

Male Constructions and Resistance to Women in the Military

Given that a masculinised institution like the military presents an
exaggerated picture of hegemonic masculinities, and particularly emphasising
physical fitness as one of the multiple ways in achieving masculinity, this paper
provides an overview of how men in the military construct women’s role in the
military. This information is useful in understanding the gender power relations that
make it difficult for most women in the military. The paper is based on a qualitative
study of a diverse group of 24-33 year old male soldiers. Participants’ stories
reflected how notions of the strong body, particularly in the military context, which
values toughness, contributes to masculinity. They further see women’s expression
of sexuality and their participation in command or combat roles as having dire
consequences in terms of corrupting or weakening military deployment. This paper
concludes that tackling traditional forms of male sexuality as they get played out in
the military context involves the examination of dominant constructions of
masculinity, and in particular discourses prescribing traditional sexual practices
