“…In particular, they studied the decays of the 3.56-MeV Cr state In e Li, and the 7.03-MeV 2 + state in 14 N by internal pair conversion to the ground states of these nuclei. They deduced the branching ratio of neutral particle emission decay to the e + e~ pair emission decay to be less than 0.14 for e Li and less than 5 for l4 N. The standard axion, * 9 Krauss-Wllczek, 23 and Peccei et al 21 * models predict this ratio to be 7.2(300), 10(0), and 10(0) respectively for 6 Ll( ll *N).
