Phenotypic spectra of bipolar disorder in responders to lithium versus lamotrigine

Abstract: These findings suggest that lithium- and lamotrigine-responsive patients differ with respect to course of illness, comorbidity and family history and may represent distinct subtypes of bipolar disorder.
