Abstract:Xia-Gibbs syndrome (XGS) is a rare neurodevelopmental disorder with considerable clinical heterogeneity. To further characterize the syndrome’s heterogeneity, we applied latent class analysis (LCA) on reported cases to identify phenotypic subtypes.
