Abstract: Philadelfia-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) are hematological diseases associated with driver mutations in JAK2, CALR and MPL genes. Moreover, several evidence suggests that chronic inflammation and alterations in stromal and immune cells may contribute to MPN’s pathophysiology.
