Phonon limited transport in graphene pseudospintronic devices

Abstract: Abstract-A predicted room-temperature phase transition from Fermi liquid to dissipationless Bose-Einstein exciton superfluid suggests that graphene pseudospin devices may have the potential to far outperform traditional CMOS devices.
