Phosphoproteomic analysis of protease-activated receptor-1 biased signaling reveals unique modulators of endothelial barrier function

Abstract: Thrombin, a procoagulant protease, cleaves and activates protease-activated receptor-1 (PAR1) to promote inflammatory responses and endothelial dysfunction.
