“…At an initial humidity of 0.27%, the free bulk density of WBPC-26 is 1.21 g/sm 3 , and with compaction it is 1.52 g/sm 3 . The smaller the angle of repose, the greater the mobility of the particles of the granular medium.…”

“…In difference from ammophos, the consumption of sulfuric acid for the production of 1 ton of P2O5 in the form of ammophosphate is 10-15% lower, and the degree of use of phosphate raw materials is 1.0-1.5% higher. The process of its production is based on the decomposition of natural phosphates with a high (150-200%) norm of phosphoric acid, followed by neutralization of the remaining acidity with ammonia, granulation and drying of the product [3][4][5]. Wide agrochemical tests of ammophosphate have shown that it is not inferior in efficiency to ammophos and double superphosphate and can be used in various soil and climatic zones for all agricultural crops [6].…”

“…Some authors [12,13] make a disputable conclusion about the activating effect of certain externally introduced additives on the reactivity of the phosphorus component of raw materials, although the observed increase in α is, in fact, primarily due to the properties of a fraction with a constant numerator, rather than to a change in the solubility of apatite, determined by the nature of the substance and by the acidity of the extractive agent. In the given case, in recovery of phosphorus into solution at its suffi cient amount in the solid phase (P : V > 70 : 100), the numerator of the fraction in the formula for determining the degree of decomposition of phosphate raw materials is a mathematical refl ection of the practically attained τ, min α', % ν OH , mol equilibrium in the extract in the specifi ed range of P : V ratios depends only slightly on the phosphorus : extractant ratio in the suspension [10].…”

“…So, flotation of nodular phosphorites containing 9-18% of Р2О5 makes it possible to produce a 25-35% Р2О5 concentrate [7], and flotation of shell phosphorites containing 4-7% of Р2О5a 28.5-35% Р2О5 concentrate [8][9][10]. A phosphate concentrates with 26-27.9% of Р2О5 was obtained from phosphorite containing 16.2% of Р2О5 by nitric acid concentration [11], and when using acetic and formic acids, it is possible to obtain a 30-35% Р2О5 phosphate concentrate [12]. The chemical concentration of phosphorites based on the extraction of calcium into solution was shown in [13].…”
