Abstract:The oxidative cross‐coupling of benzyl alcohol (BA) and benzylamine (BZA) is employed for the production of the corresponding imine, N‐benzylidenebenzylamine (BZI), under visible light irradiation (light‐emitting diodes (LE with λmax = 417 nm) and mild reaction conditions.
