Abstract:Perovskite thin films are at the forefront of highly promising photovoltaic technologies due to their remarkable optoelectronic properties. Herein, we explore a low-cost, reproducible, and industry-scalable methodology to synthesize an all-inorganic CsPbI 1.5 Br 1.5 perovskite thin film with additional incorporation of copper and chloride ions into the lattice structure. The synthesis process involves chemical bath deposition of PbS, followed by a gas−solid iodination reaction to yield PbI 2 . Subsequently, di… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
