Abstract:Photocatalytic activity of graphene oxide incorporated pure and metal doped zinc oxide thin films were studied against methylene blue dye under simulated solar irradiation. Thin films were deposited on a glass substrate using an automated spray pyrolysis technique at a temperature of 425 ºC. Aluminium, gallium, and indium were the post-transition metals used for doping. Graphene oxide content in the precursor solution was fixed at 0.00375 g/L. The formation of the wurtzite structure of zinc oxide has been conf… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
