Photonic phase shifter of phase-coded microwave signal with programmabilities

Abstract: We propose a photonic scheme to generate a programmable frequency phase-coded microwave signal based on a photonic phase shifter. The experimental results implement 30 GHz signal with the coding rate of 3 Gb/s.
