Abstract:Conjugation of amino acids to bioactive molecules has emerged as a promising strategy for optimizing pharmacological profiles of lead candidates in drug discovery. This study describes a photocatalytic Minisci‐type transfer reaction of N‐acyl amino acids into various N‐heterocycles.
