Abstract:Osteosarcoma, a predominant malignant tumor among adolescents, exhibits high mortality and suboptimal immunotherapy efficacy due to a collagen-dense extracellular matrix (ECM) that hinders cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) infiltration.
