Physical activity level and quality of life in menopausal women

Abstract: WstępW ostatnich latach znacznie wzrosła świadomość kobiet w różnym wieku na temat zdrowego stylu życia. Okres menopauzy i związane z nim zmiany hormonalne mają wpływ na jakość życia, a odpowiedni poziom aktywności fizycznej może znacząco zmniejszyć negatywne skutki tego okresu.
