Physical and mechanical properties of fiber reinforced gypsum-based composite

Abstract: Formulations of effective gypsum-fiber and gypsum-cement-fiber materials modified with active mineral additives and superplasticizer have been developed in the present experimental work. The influence of the type and length of reinforcing polypropylene fiber, the conditions of hardening and molding on the physical and mechanical properties of the specimens was studied.

“…Since it was shown in the literature review that the loading frequency in the region of 50 Hz has practically no effect on the number of cycles to failure, in order to simplify the reasoning, we will accept the same loading frequency for all amplitudes. Methods of accelerated climatic ageing tests» the energy introduced in one cycle will depend only on the amplitude of the load, and the equivalent load will be determined as: [14][15][16][17].…”

“…It should also be noted that the proposed design solutions and technology of fixing the walls of trenches and excavations to a depth of, for example, up to 3 m, have economic feasibility when it is necessary to perform works on the insulation of low-depth energyefficient foundations [36], as well as when constructing buildings using the additive manufacturing method [37,38].…”

“…Portland cement or lime, pozzolanically active finely dispersed silica-containing materials (for example, microsilica, zeolitecontaining rocks, slags, ash, quartz sand, cullet, brick or ceramic powder, expanded clay dust, etc. ), plasticizers, and mineral fillers and other functional additives can also be added to composite gypsum binders composition in a certain ratio [6][7][8][9][10][11].…”
