Abstract:In this study, Zinc oxide thin films have been synthesized using dehydration from various precursors. In ethanol and mono-ethanolamine, zinc acetate (I) and zinc nitrate (II) were dissolved. Following that, glass substrates were coated with this solution using the sol-gel spin coating method (3000 rpm for 10 s), and for making zinc oxide thin films were heated at 250°C.
