Physician Burnout, Engagement and Career Satisfaction in a Large Academic Medical Practice

Abstract: To determine (1) if engagement among physicians impacted plans to stay in current role and job satisfaction, (2) what factors impact engagement and burnout, and (3) the relationship between engagement and burnout.
