Abstract:The aim of the study was to investigate physicochemical and microbiological characteristics of domestic and imported honey samples collected from markets in Zenica city, Bosnia and Herzegovina. All honey samples were analysed according to International Honey Commision methods (2009), and Revised Codex Standard for Honey (Codex Stan 12-1981, rev. 2, 2001).
