Abstract: Aims:  This study aims to analyze syneresis, pH, total acid, viscosity, color (L, a*, b*) and sensory analysis (taste, aroma, and color) and antioxidant activity of yogurt set added with Dracaena angustifolia leaves (DAL) extract.
