Abstract:The approval of oncolytic viruses as antigen‐agnostic cancer vaccines provides a paradigm shift for immunotherapy. However, a delicate balance between safety and immunogenicity whether native or engineered oncolytic viruses remains elusive and further compounded by oncolysis‐induced immunosuppression.
