“…The addition of (Dy 3+ , Sm 3+ , Yb 2+ , Eu 3+ and Gd 2+ ) dopants didn't seem to have effect on the XRD pattern (except that of Yb 2+ which caused more peak formation, JCPDS 00-43-1037) ) which suggests that these dopants were incorporated in the lattice. The XRD pattern showed that Zn 2 SnO 4 was still main phase, but few diffraction lines of ZnO (JCPDS, 79-0208) [21] and SnO 2 (JCPDS, 79-0208) [22] were observed. Lattice parameters as a function of composition is an important piece of information for nano or microstructure evolution.…”
