Abstract:This study aimed to compare and analyze the relative antioxidant and anticancer effects of Bokhaejeong Ganjang (BG) manufactured by adding sulfur duck essence with those of Seomoktae Ganjang (SG) and Commercial Ganjang (CG) on HT-29 human colon cancer cells.
