Physics-Informed Optical Kernel Regression Using Complex-valued Neural Fields

Abstract: Lithography is fundamental to integrated circuit fabrication, necessitating large computation overhead. The advancement of machine learning (ML)-based lithography models alleviates the trade-offs between manufacturing process expense and capability.
