Abstract: Canopy architecture is fundamental to productivity in grapevines. This research focused on evaluating the impact of opening canopies on the capture of photosynthetically active radiation, photosynthetic activity, and berries’ physicochemical properties in Cabernet Sauvignon grapevines.
