Abstract:Background: We aimed to develop a publicly shared computational physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model to reliably simulate and analyze radiopharmaceutical therapies (RPTs), including probing of hot-cold ligand competitions as well as alternative injection scenarios and drug designs, towards optimal therapies.
