Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the early-term rehabilitation outcomes of a 63-year-old female patient who under went latissimus dorsi transfer following a massive rotator cuff tear. Rotator cufftearstypically occur in individuals over middle age due to degenerative causes, while in younger individuals and athletes, they can be a result of trauma.
