Abstract:Elephant foot yams (Amorphophallus paeoniifolius (Denst.) Nicolson) are an important part of the diet in many parts of Asia. This study aims to analyse the physiochemical, phytochemicals, and in vitro antioxidant properties of different alcoholic and aqueous extracts.
