Abstract:Background
The objective of this research is to extract and formulate a nanoemulsion consisting of Vitis vinifera (V. vinifera) oil. Following this, the antioxidant, anti-diabetic, and anti-lipase properties of both the oil and the nanoemulsion system will be examined.
