Phytoecdysones from the Roots of Achyranthes japonica Nakai and their Anti-atopy Activity

Abstract: The roots of Achyranthes japonica Nakai were extracted with 100% aqueous and concentrated subfraction was separated with ultra-performance liquid chromatography-based activity profiling. Three compounds were isolated from the subfraction 5 through the repeated prep-high performance liquid chromatography column chromatography.
