Abstract:This study aims to determine the phytohormone and amino acid content of golden apple snail (GAS) extract fermented using several concentrations of EM 4 Active. GAS were taken from rice fields in Tegalgede Village, Jember. Analysis of phytohormone and amino acid content using LCMS at Bioscience laboratory, Politeknik Negeri Jember.
