Picture Fuzzy Interaction Partitioned Heronian Aggregation Operators for Hotel Selection

Abstract: Picture fuzzy numbers (PFNs), as the generalization of fuzzy sets, are good at fully expressing decision makers’ opinions with four membership degrees.
