Piesis Sign Distinguishing Non-Ischemic Priapism in a Child

Abstract: To differentiate between non-ischemic and ischemic priapism is imperative in clinical settings because the treatment of these two conditions is different and urgency of treatment too. Patient’s history and Doppler color flow ultrasound contribute to the diagnosis.
