Abstract:Pigmented dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) also known as Bednar tumour is a very rare variant of DFSP which is considered to be of intermediate grade along with the presence of melanin-containing dendritic cells. Only a handful of cases have been described in the literature so far.
