Pigmented Meningioma

Abstract: Two types of intracranial t u m o r m a y contain melanin, the melanoma a n d the meningioma. T h e melanoma, which m a y be either p r i m a r y 2 or secondary, occurs more frequently t h a n the pigm e n t e d meningioma.This v a r i a n t of meningioma was described first by R a y a n d Foot 4 who recorded ~ examples.
