Abstract: ÖZET SUMMARY Pilonidal Disease Pilonidal disease is a common entity that affect young adults. It consists in a symptoms complex with presentations ranging from asymptomatic pits to the cyst with abscess or chronic infection and extensive sinus formation that are predominantly located in the sacrococcygeal region.
