Abstract:This study presents a mixed‐methodology pilot study of a narrative‐mantra multi‐clinician group, which is an integrative systemic and mindfulness‐based intervention, to promote the well‐being of mental health clinicians working at a local child and adolescent mental health service in London, UK.
