Abstract: Mycotic infections of the eye continue to be an important cause of ocular morbidity. Etiological factors and symptoms are useful for the diagnosis of fungal infections. Mycotic keratitis may be seen after trauma with vegetable material, or in previously diseased eyes. The most common pathogens are Candida, Fusarium, Aspergillus.
