Abstract:Pimavanserin is an antipsychotic that is approved for use in Parkinson's disease psychosis. Working as a serotonin 2A inverse agonist, pimavanserin allows patients to improve their psychotic symptoms without worsening the motor symptoms of Parkinson's.
