Abstract: Sir, Vitiligo is an acquired depigmenting skin disorder characterized by localized loss of skin pigment, secondary to multifactorial melanocyte damage. Most patients are adequately managed by medical means, except some who remain resistant to all non-surgical treatment modalities.
