Piracy versus Netflix: Subscription Video on Demand Dissatisfaction as an Antecedent of Piracy

Abstract: Drawing from cognitive dissonance and neutralization theories, this study seeks to improve the understanding on consumer decision-making between the current legal and illegal video consumption alternatives.
