Pirólisis Catalítica de Residuos de Polipropileno para la Obtención de Combustibles Líquidos

Abstract: The present research work seeks to study the variables related to the catalytic pyrolysis of polypropylene waste to obtain liquid fuels. The effect of the reactor temperature and the catalyst/raw material ratio on the yields of liquid products was studied. For the investigation, samples of polypropylene waste from urban solid waste (MSW) were collected and, as a catalyst, the equilibrium catalyst of the Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCC) of a local refinery, a scale system was also designed and built. lab… Show more
