Abstract: Occlusive vasculitis is a rare complication following an uneventful surgery. In this article, we report two cases of optic disc pit maculopathy that underwent scleral graft and developed vasculitis following uneventful surgery. Both patients underwent autologous scleral graft for optic disc pit maculopathy through 25-gauge pars plana vitrectomy.
