Pityriasis rubra pilaris

Abstract: Various treatment options for pityriasis rubra pilaris (PRP) are evaluated and new aspects of the pathogenesis are reviewed.with. Furthermore, 3 cases of adult onset PRP (type I), treated with acitretin, are presented.
