Abstract:This research was planned to build a Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) model of 5‐hydroxytryptophan (5‐HTP) challenge study including a circadian rhythm component of cortisol and to predict serum cortisol based on saliva cortisol.
