Placental mesenchymal dysplasia vs molar pregnancy: A case report

Abstract: Placental mesenchymal dysplasia (PMD) is a rare yet serious placental vascular abnormality featuring placental hypertrophy and grape‐like fluid‐filled spaces that can easily be misdiagnosed for other conditions, particularly molar pregnancy.
