With the continuous advancement of educational technology, interactive mobile and adaptive learning platforms are playing an increasingly important role in the field of education. This is particularly evident in the development of educational design skills among education students, as these platforms showcase their unique value. Educational design capability is a crucial skill for education students, directly related to the quality of designing and implementing future teaching activities. Traditional methods of education often fail to fully consider individual student differences, resulting in inadequate cultivation of personalized capabilities. This study aims to explore and achieve precise cultivation of educational design capabilities in education students through interactive, mobile, and adaptive learning platforms. This paper first reviews the current application of interactive mobile and adaptive learning platforms to cultivate educational design capabilities. It highlights deficiencies in existing research methods related to personalized matching and recommendation system design. To address these deficiencies, this study proposes a new set of adaptive matching methods. These methods include capability characteristic recognition based on competitive advantage thinking, the construction of individual strength models, as well as matching calculation, and decision- making scheme optimization using the projection decision method and the Hungarian method. Additionally, the study designs a learning project recommendation algorithm based on explicit ratings to enhance the accuracy and personalization of learning project recommendations. The application of these methods not only enhances the educational design capabilities of education students but also provides new theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of interactive, mobile, and adaptive learning platforms.

У сучасному світі діджиталізація відіграє вирішальну роль у розвитку різних секторів суспільства. Інноваційні технології трансформують спосіб ведення бізнесу, комунікації та управління ресурсами. Важливим є розуміння впливу діджиталізації на досягнення Цілей сталого розвитку (ЦСР), визначених Організацією Об'єднаних Націй. ЦСР охоплюють широкий спектр соціальних, економічних та екологічних аспектів. Дослідження показують, що діджиталізація сприяє розв'язанню глобальних проблем, таких як бідність, голод, нерівність та зміна клімату. Впровадження технологій Інтернету речей (IoT) у сільське господарство може збільшити продуктивність на 25% і зменшити витрати на воду на 30%. Діджиталізація також підвищує прозорість і підзвітність в урядуванні, що зменшує рівень корупції на 15-20%. Цифрові технології сприяють розвитку інклюзивної економіки, створюючи нові робочі місця та забезпечуючи доступ до освіти та медицини у віддалених регіонах. В умовах пандемії COVID-19 діджиталізація виявилася критично важливою для підтримання економічної стабільності та забезпечення безперервності освітнього процесу. Аналіз показав значне зростання кількості публікацій на тему діджиталізації та сталого розвитку за останні п'ять років. Подальші дослідження повинні зосереджуватися на вивченні способів оптимізації діджиталізації для досягнення ЦСР, подолання цифрового розриву та розробки інноваційних рішень для забезпечення стійкого та справедливого майбутнього.

The method of the research was to identify promising trends in the use of medical knowledge in pedagogical and psychological activity in the context of emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of modern society. In the research, a SWOT-analysis was carried out, which identifies the main risks, opportunities, weaknesses, and strengths of integrating medical knowledge in psycho-pedagogical practice. Medical knowledge and its application to human personality through the activity of pedagogues and psychologists. The interpretation of the concepts of “medical psychology”, “medical pedagogy”, “integration” and their peculiarities in the modern world is described. Examples of the application of medical knowledge in psycho-pedagogical practice and their application are given. It is understood that the psychological-pedagogical represents a mutually interconnected system that combines theoretical and practical components with the disclosure of the essence of medical knowledge and the development of specific situations. The main functions, possibilities, and risks of pedagogical and psychological activity in the implementation of this process on the basis of modern and innovative technologies. Theoretical experience in the development of medical knowledge in psycho-pedagogical activity of such foreign countries as the United States, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, and the East of Korea). The following advantages of its application are identified: a great improvement of motivation for learning, formation of clinical thinking, skills and competences in education teachers, excellent learning of the required material, professional skills and competences, achievement of successful results in the formation of personal qualities of the student. In accordance with this, the consequences are the creation of a basis for the development of creative individuals, their training with the assimilation of medical knowledge to professional activity in the future and the understanding of the need for quality education throughout life. The conclusions provide information about the changes in the conditions of existence of the society, which were the result of mental, emotional, informational and ecological influence. The practical significance of the work is to improve the physical and mental health of children and adults, as well as to improve their educational and career success
