Abstract: Our study aims to identify the mechanisms involved in regulating the response of Rhodoendron Chrysanthum Pall. (R.chrysanthum) leaves to UV-B exposure; phosphorylated proteomics and metabolomics for phenolic acids and plant hormones were integrated in this study. The results showed that UV-B stress resulted in the accumulation of salicylic acid and the decrease of auxin, jasmonic acid, abscisic acid, cytokinin and gibberellin in R.chrysanthum.
