Abstract:Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most deadly malignancies worldwide, especially metastatic CRC (mCRC), whose diagnosis and therapy are limited. Here, the targeted metabolomes of patients with CRC and mCRC were analyzed to explore new biomarkers and treatment strategies.
